A software development company. has an open position for a Remote Technical Writer in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Write design deliver edit and publish technical content, including user guides, release notes, in-app copy, and web content
• Advance documentation as a differentiator in the sales process as well as in our ongoing customer relationships
• Create a documentation experience that presents complex subjects in a comprehensive yet concise, digestible manner

Qualifications Include:

• Experience documenting enterprise SaaS products and technologies
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation as well as processes
• Ability to lead and work autonomously while also collaborating closely with multiple teams
• Strong comprehension, writing, proofreading, and communication skills
