Job Summary
A healthcare IT firm is seeking a Remote Technical Writer in Westborough.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to research new functionality
- Creating product user guides, training manuals, release notes, changelogs, tutorials, and other documentation
- Determining the most effective method of communicating how it works to readers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Good command of English writing and grammar
- Ability to understand and explain complex software products, tools, and processes
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop
