A technology start up company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Writing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a small team of technical and UX writers that are based in global locations
- Writing, editing and publishing technical content in the form of documents, web and help center articles
- Creating content, such as best practices articles, instructional videos and self-serve guides
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience within a B2B software environment
- Experience managing small groups of direct reports and cross-functional teams in project delivery
- Excellent writing, copywriting, and editing skills, and the attention to detail that ensures high-quality content
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative approaches to problem-solving
