Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Technician Hiring (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
