Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technologies Professional Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee each project
  • Directly supervise a team of 10-15 Professional Services Consultants
  • Maintain a proactive management philosophy

Qualifications Include:

  • 25% travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar area
  • A minimum of 10 years of management experience in the software industry
  • Proven experience in managing customer escalations
  • Proven experience in delivering implementations in the Cloud
  • Proven experience in developing package services in the Cloud
