Job Summary
A custom website builder is in need of a Remote Technology Account Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging and communicating with new customers
- Being a troubleshooting detective who follows every clue
- Providing screen-share and phone training to new customers when needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend company events
- 1 year experience in a customer experience, social media, or web design capacity
- Excellent knowledge of web design and social media platforms
- The ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
