Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Technology Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and developing customer relationships
- Developing and maintaining a territory business plan to strategically manage an assigned territory
- Assisting customers with resolution of issues in an accurate and timely manner
Position Requirements Include:
- 50% travel required
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx
- Familiarity with Oncology practice day-to-day operations
- BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
- EHR application knowledge and working experience
- Knowledge and experience with healthcare operational, clinical or financial systems
- 4+ years of specific systems experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience
