Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Technology Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and developing customer relationships
  • Developing and maintaining a territory business plan to strategically manage an assigned territory
  • Assisting customers with resolution of issues in an accurate and timely manner

Position Requirements Include:

  • 50% travel required
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx
  • Familiarity with Oncology practice day-to-day operations
  • BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
  • EHR application knowledge and working experience
  • Knowledge and experience with healthcare operational, clinical or financial systems
  • 4+ years of specific systems experience
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
