Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are addressed
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business
  • Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Understanding contracts so one can support the SLAs
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Background in payments
  • 4-year Degree, or equivalent experience and certifications
  • Over 5 years dealing with clients as an Account Manager or Customer Success
