Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are addressed
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Understanding contracts so one can support the SLAs
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Background in payments
- 4-year Degree, or equivalent experience and certifications
- Over 5 years dealing with clients as an Account Manager or Customer Success
