Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the operations team to uncover new selling opportunities with existing customers
• Selling license (perpetual and SaaS), cloud migrations from on-prem solutions
• Proactively looking for new professional service selling opportunities

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• Have strong closing and customer service-related skills
• 5+ years experience in an account management or account executive role
• Have strong phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving skills
• Must have exhibited proficiency using e-mail and Salesforce (or a similar CRM system)
• Have working knowledge of WMS
