Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining a central log of all issues, questions, discussions, and responses
- Partnering up internally to effective track client deliverables and needs via use of our CRM
- Following up pending topics and reach out to other business areas to provide resolutions for timely completion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in, Business, Math, Computer Systems, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
- Project coordination experience
- 3+ years of experience as account manager or related position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
