Job Summary
A legal consulting and services firm has a current position open for a Remote Technology and Digital Gaming Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing services including: analyzing, researching, reviewing, interpretation, and dispute resolution
- Managing commercial transactions
- Providing accurate and timely legal services to business partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of experience handling all aspects of commercial and technology agreements
- Comfort and familiarity with existing and emerging technology
- Ability to manage competing priorities, simultaneously drive numerous projects
- Exceptional business judgment and analytical skills
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active law license in good standing with a State Bar
