Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Remote Technology Behavioral Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze a wide variety of complex data to build predictive benchmarks
- Create and maintain technical reports and business documentation
- Conduct and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in analysis and presentation of statistical data
- MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or related
- Experience working with data analysis software
- Knowledge of guidelines for employee selection and assessment
- SPSS, R, SAS, or equivalent
