A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Fostering customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal (phone) and textual (email, chat, and SMS) communications
- Toggling between multiple systems and databases to look up information
