A company providing online IT courses is seeking a Remote Technology Center of Excellence Design Operations Head.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the development and execution of the vision and strategy
• Leading and enabling the Platform UI team to maintain the systems
• Keeping a pulse on the culture of Product Design amongst designers

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated track record successfully managing complex projects
• Knowledge of and appreciation for the Product Design and user research
• Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives at scale
• Demonstrated track record of establishing systems
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring other Product Designers
• Excellence in thinking about Product Design beyond mere aesthetics
