Job Summary
A management and technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Technology Consulting Compensation Leader and Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining responsibility for coaching and developing a team of high-performing compensation professionals
- Addressing compensation challenges, including pay strategies, talent retention, internal compression, etc
- Serving as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team and other stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in compensation for a publicly-traded company
- 5+ years of experience with applying advanced theories, principles, and concepts to developing solutions
- 3+ years of experience in working with a wide latitude of direction and support
- Experience with compensation surveys, analyses, budgets, plans, and implementation
- Experience with H.R. technologies
- Ability to think creatively, provide strategic thought leadership, influence at all levels of the organization
