A software technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Contracting Counsel in Holmdel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering to manage and negotiate vendor relationships and assist with building effective partnerships
- Negotiating global, complex vendor and customer contracts
- Negotiating issues relating to data privacy and security matters,
Position Requirements Include:
- Act as an advisor to internal customers on a variety of legal matters
- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required
- Member in good standing with any state bar in the United States
