Job Summary
A legal operations provider is filling a position for a Remote Technology Contracts Attorney in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review contracts for a manufacturing client
- Work directly with a global manufacturing company
- Conduct work independently on a remote basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong academic background from a top law school
- An active law license in state where you reside
- Minimum 10 years of solid contracts and transaction work with a large law firm or corporation
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology contracts and provisions is required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and with internal business units
- Experience and ability to work independently without supervision
