Job Summary

A legal operations provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Contracts Attorney in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing contracts for a manufacturing client
• Working directly with a global manufacturing company
• Conducting work independently on a remote basis

Qualifications Include:

• Strong academic background from a top law school
• An active law license in state where you reside
• Minimum 10 years of solid contracts and transaction work with a large law firm or corporation
• Solid experience in drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology contracts and provisions is required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and with internal business units
• Experience and ability to work independently without supervision
