Job Summary
An avionics and information technology systems company is seeking a Remote Technology Contracts Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 6 professionals
- Responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower level professionals
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations to protect and mitigate the organization's legal and business interests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Broad experience in Contract formation and administration (8+ years)
- Extensive working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations (5+ years)
- Proven skills in developing strategy and leading negotiations with industry leading customers
- In-depth understanding of commercial item assertion process
- Experience with all financial aspects of contracts and other business arrangements
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
