A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Corporate Development Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ideate and visualize competitive landscapes
  • Identify and acquire companies
  • Drive the execution of complex M&A transactions and due diligence

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's in any field with demonstrated high standards of excellence in academics and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in PE/VC Investing, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy
  • Strong, proven quantitative skills including financial modeling, analysis, and/or research
  • Experience and/or fundamental knowledge of Capital Markets and/or M&A activities
