Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Engagement Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the customer lifecycle
  • Test playbooks and program ideas and monitor results based on defined customer metrics
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have experience with using Salesforce and Slack
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of successful customer success, sales, and/or account management in a comparable business environment
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to quickly build customer relationships
  • Have a proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
  • Have the ability to work independently, claim ownership, and navigate ambiguity
