Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Engagement Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage the customer lifecycle
- Test playbooks and program ideas and monitor results based on defined customer metrics
- Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have experience with using Salesforce and Slack
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of successful customer success, sales, and/or account management in a comparable business environment
- Have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to quickly build customer relationships
- Have a proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Have the ability to work independently, claim ownership, and navigate ambiguity
