Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Engagement Senior Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing an end to end processing solution
  • Contributing to the full system lifecycle
  • Validating batch fulfillment system setup and output

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Internal and external customer facing experience
  • Can explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to act decisively in fast paced, frequently changing environment
