Job Summary
An information technology and services company. is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Onboarding Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming an expert in our product
- Working directly with our largest customers on a daily basis overseeing the full onboarding experience
- Performing troubleshooting of our product
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing technical role, within SAAS technology
- Ability to handle 10+ high-level accounts at any given time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing problem solving and communication skills
