A big data company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Relations Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor the service portal for incoming tickets
  • Triage all incoming tickets
  • Troubleshoot and address tickets submitted by end users

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to cover other shifts when necessary
  • Proficient with basic HTML coding
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with image editing software
