Job Summary
A big data company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Relations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor the service portal for incoming tickets
- Triage all incoming tickets
- Troubleshoot and address tickets submitted by end users
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to cover other shifts when necessary
- Proficient with basic HTML coding
- Experience with WordPress
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with image editing software
