Job Summary

A company providing lease purchasing technology has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Improving the customer experience and optimize ROI of customer communication program
  • Planning and executing delivery of the customer communication strategy
  • Overseeing deployment of email and SMS campaigns

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ year's marketing experience in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty marketing
  • Experience designing and executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong technical background, problem solving skills, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript and best practices for email design
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution
