Job Summary

A information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Risk Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor risk changes on existing customers and take action in accordance with Company policy
  • Perform timely and complete risk analysis on new and existing customers
  • Communicate with Billing on risk changes with existing customers and recommend / implement actions to mitigate increased risk

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Credit / Risk Analyst
  • Ability to perform financial / risk analysis
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to perform work timely and accurately in accordance with Company policies
  • Proficient with various computer programs and software
