Job Summary
A company providing lease purchasing technology has a current position open for a Remote Technology Customer Service Representative in Baltimore.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound calls, answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while also offering additional products
- Work with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
- Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
