Job Summary
An intellectual property management and technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Customer Service Representative in Irvine.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging in active listening with callers
- Answering or making calls for customers
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers

- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
