An asset management and business processing solutions company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Service Representative in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support growing customer base
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Research customer accounts and providing prompt and accurate information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customers requests or concern
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
- Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
- High speed internet access
