An asset management and business processing solutions company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Service Representative in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support growing customer base
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Research customer accounts and providing prompt and accurate information

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customers requests or concern
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
