Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Diffusing tough conversations with customers
- Leaning on your expert product knowledge to help customers learn how to leverage our suite of products
- Providing amazing service to customers via email, phone, and screen share
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with Zendesk (or other related ticketing systems)
- 1-4 years of experience in a customer service or support like role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
