Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a queue for incoming issues of varying types
  • Being the subject matter expert for all contract knowledge across the organization
  • Consistently providing recommendations for process improvement and efficiency

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
  • Customer account/contract research experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
