Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a queue for incoming issues of varying types
- Being the subject matter expert for all contract knowledge across the organization
- Consistently providing recommendations for process improvement and efficiency
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
- Customer account/contract research experience
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
