Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Customer Success Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and leading a team of VPs, Directors and Customer Relationship Executives
  • Attracting and retaining high-potential customer success leaders
  • Standardizing customer engagement

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years in a customer facing leadership role
  • Experience building and managing a diverse team
  • Experience at the VP level
  • 3+ years of experience with a SaaS or other recurring revenue/service business model
  • University degree
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
