A software company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving customer adoption of the Live Analytics platform
- Working with your customers to ensure they are achieving maximum value
- Aiming for full utilization of their licenses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to client locations as needed
- Eight or more years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance space, industry trends and challenges
- Prior Customer Success roles
- Exceptional communications skills
