Job Summary
A digital marketing company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Onboarding and training individuals and teams on how to be successful
- Partnering with customers to strategize and plan user research initiatives
- Creating and delivering quarterly business reviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years software customer success or account management
- Subject matter and industry expertise in user experience research, website testing, optimization or digital marketing
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
