Job Summary

A digital marketing company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Onboarding and training individuals and teams on how to be successful
  • Partnering with customers to strategize and plan user research initiatives
  • Creating and delivering quarterly business reviews

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years software customer success or account management
  • Subject matter and industry expertise in user experience research, website testing, optimization or digital marketing
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
