Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Keeping up with test automation industry trends
  • Ensuring customer product feedback is being provided to other teams internally
  • Identifying account expansion opportunities and collaborate with an Account Executive through close

Qualifications Include:

  • JavaScript software development & testing experience
  • A firm understanding of how web applications are built and work
  • Ability to convey technical information at an audience-appropriate level
  • Experience in a similar role combining sales and success at a SaaS company
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with partial information, and good judgment on when to ask questions
