Job Summary

A technology and services company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and sharing customer outcomes with data analytics around analyzing customer health metrics
  • Driving retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs
  • Maintaining a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
  • Experience working with large, SaaS enterprise customers
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Gainsight ,Salesforce and data analytics skills
