Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Successfully advocating for customer needs to Product and Operations teams
- Responding to customer or team-related escalations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years hiring, coaching and developing a team of Customer Success Managers
- 7+ years of experience in managing Enterprise/Mid-Market customer relationships
- Experience creating high-leverage tools and programs to enable customers and customer success teams
