Job Summary
A streaming services developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Operator.
Must be able to:
- Foster and maintain a culture of peer accountability
- Assist in the gathering, analysis, and presentation of data- driven recommendations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Windows)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, including incident management
- Experience working in virtualized, and/or cloud environments
