Job Summary

A streaming services developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Operator.

Must be able to:

  • Foster and maintain a culture of peer accountability
  • Assist in the gathering, analysis, and presentation of data- driven recommendations
  • Advocate and drive improvement of the team's agile development processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Windows)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, including incident management
  • Experience working in virtualized, and/or cloud environments
  • Able to demonstrate basic understanding of networking fundamentals and networking
