An e-commerce technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Strategy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strong relationships with our customers and their key stakeholders
- Developing and executing customer success strategies
- Collaborating with the product development team to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience managing and leading a team of customer success managers
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or management consulting
- Strong background in management consulting, with experience in advising clients on ecommerce or ad spend management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
