Job Summary

An e-commerce technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Strategy Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building strong relationships with our customers and their key stakeholders
  • Developing and executing customer success strategies
  • Collaborating with the product development team to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience managing and leading a team of customer success managers
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or management consulting
  • Strong background in management consulting, with experience in advising clients on ecommerce or ad spend management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
