Job Summary
A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Customer Support Representative in Morgantown.
Must be able to:
- Provide extraordinary customer service
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide information and resolutions
Required Skills:
- Enrolled in a participating university
- Ability to work between 4:00 p.m CST and 10:30 p.m. CST
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload minimum
