Job Summary
A computer and electronics company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Customer Support Representative in Mount Pleasant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support a range of company's products
- Provide extraordinary customer service
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Currently enrolled at a participating university
- iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
- Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while in conversation with customers
- Home office and internet requirements as specified by company
