A software development company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to a variety of customer inquiries through email, webchat, and conferencing
  • Owning technical customer issues from initial report to resolution
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate user challenges and feedback into product requirements and features

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer success or technical customer support

  • Ability to dive deep into, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to develop and lead customer focused projects
