A software development company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to a variety of customer inquiries through email, webchat, and conferencing
- Owning technical customer issues from initial report to resolution
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate user challenges and feedback into product requirements and features
