Job Summary

An advertising technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding DMS products and services
  • Interacting with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post sales service functions
  • Providing ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
