Job Summary

A technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Primarily assisting customers via inbound phone calls
  • Answering customer emails to the general support inbox
  • Writing internal documentation and tutorials

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of previous contact center experience with a track record of success handling online chats and email
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Must have functional knowledge of computers and can perform basic troubleshooting to fix minor computer issues
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Must enjoy teaching others and explaining technical concepts
