Job Summary
A technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Primarily assisting customers via inbound phone calls
- Answering customer emails to the general support inbox
- Writing internal documentation and tutorials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of previous contact center experience with a track record of success handling online chats and email
- Associate degree or higher
- Must have functional knowledge of computers and can perform basic troubleshooting to fix minor computer issues
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must enjoy teaching others and explaining technical concepts
