Job Summary

A social technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Development Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Acting as a technical expert on connect development and operations
Tracking and continuously improving Lead Time, Mean Time to Restore and Deployment Frequency
Hiring, mentoring and growing a world-class DevOps team

Required Skills:

This position requires 5% travel
Proven track record evangelizing DevOps principles with an organization
At least 5 years' experience in DevOps engineering
At least 3 years of proven managerial experience including hiring, managing and mentoring
Expertise in modern tooling (e.g. JIRA, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
Expertise in troubleshooting and system administration tasks in Linux and Unix
