Job Summary

A privately-held technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Development Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the Company’s external financial reporting process
• Preparing monthly equity reconciliations on all related activities within the reporting period
• Preparing stock based compensation calculations, EPS and equity accounting reconciliations

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 7+ years experience with prior public accounting/audit experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Strong accounting background with a thorough knowledge of equity cycle
• Detail oriented, Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
