- Coordinating Lead management from initial interest to the point of interview
- Maintaining accurate and thorough CRM records for all lead driving activities
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of professional work experience
- Experience with advising, mentoring, and working in customer service
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting a culture that advances diversity and inclusion
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Experience with admissions, customer service, or sales related roles
- Comfortable working within a variety of applications and platforms
