Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Enterprise Security Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the team and cross functional stakeholders to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for feature areas
• Making sure the team is focused on delivering the most impactful work that delivers real value to customers
• Hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers based on the team, pillar, and companys objectives

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ year of Engineering Management experience
• Experience working in software engineering
• Designed and built web services and have experience in running them in a production environment
• Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies
• Relevant experience in a similar position managing engineers directly
