Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Field Service Solutions Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Lead meetings with clients, with support from architect and/or PM as needed
- Facilitate requirements reviews with project stakeholders
- Review client's business processes and recommends changes based on best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ Certifications or similar experience/skills
- 5 years of work experience and knowledge of the fundamentals of consulting and project life cycles
- 1+ year Salesforce consulting or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate basic project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication style with client
- Understanding of implementation lifecycle and what is required at each project phase
