A computer software company is seeking a Remote Technology Global Compensation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, administration, budgeting and communication
- Being a sponsor, strategic partner and thought leader for compensation globally
- Assessing business needs and impact of existing and new compensation programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance or a related field
- 10+ years experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs globally
- 3+ years of leading compensation teams
- Experience developing compensation strategy for a publicly traded company
- Ability to build, develop, and scale compensation programs globally
- Strong knowledge of laws and government regulations affecting compensation programs
