Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Remote Technology Global Compensation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, administration, budgeting and communication
  • Being a sponsor, strategic partner and thought leader for compensation globally
  • Assessing business needs and impact of existing and new compensation programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance or a related field
  • 10+ years experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs globally
  • 3+ years of leading compensation teams
  • Experience developing compensation strategy for a publicly traded company
  • Ability to build, develop, and scale compensation programs globally
  • Strong knowledge of laws and government regulations affecting compensation programs
